What's on the card
Print it. Tape it to the tripod. Tick the box, move on.

Nine stops, in walk order.
Front exterior to back yard, the way a buyer walks it. You're not thinking. You're walking.
-
The frame count at every stop.
Two here, three there, 25 to 32 for a normal three-bed. Under 20 looks thin. Over 40, buyers stop scrolling before the good rooms.

Numbered the way she uploads.
01 is the front exterior. Deliver in this order and her Sunday night is four minutes, not twenty.
That's the whole page. Letter size, prints on anything.
Three questions before you type
Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no trial, no call. A first name and an email, and the PDF opens. The weekly email that follows has an unsubscribe link in it, and using it doesn't take the PDF back.
What happens after I sign up?
The PDF opens on the next screen. A copy arrives from info@fulltimerealestatephotographer.com within a couple of minutes, so you have it on your phone at the house. After that, one email a week.
Who is this not for?
Anyone shooting a 6,000-square-foot listing for a luxury brokerage. The list is built for the normal three-bed that pays most photographers' rent. Big houses get the same walk order and more frames, but that's a different morning.
