1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, our products, or any related services provided by Cineminn Media Co. ("Company"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Our products are the First $1K Playbook, the course The Full-Timer Systems ($97) and its PLUS version ($147), and the back-office service, plus the free content on this site.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials provided on this site and inside our products, including but not limited to the "First $1K Playbook," the course "The Full-Timer Systems," training videos, SOPs, templates, and free downloads, are the intellectual property of Cineminn Media Co. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for use in your own photography business, not for resale or redistribution.
Filling in the templates and sending them to your own clients is fine. Reselling, republishing or sharing the materials themselves is not.
3. Earnings Disclaimer
IMPORTANT:
Every effort has been made to accurately represent our products and their potential. However, there is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in these materials. Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings.
Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our product, ideas, and techniques. We do not position this product as a "get rich quick scheme." Any claims made of actual earnings or examples of actual results can be verified upon request. Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on the time you devote to the program, ideas and techniques mentioned, your finances, knowledge and various skills.
4. Refunds
The $37 First $1K Playbook, the $97 course The Full-Timer Systems, and its PLUS version ($147) all come with a 30-day refund, no conditions. If one of them is not for you, email info@cineminn.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. No reason needed. You do not have to prove you tried it, complete a checklist, or reach any result. You keep the materials.
Free resources on this site, such as downloads, guides, and calculators, cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund on those. We do not run high-pressure sales, and we do not treat a refund request or chargeback as fraud.
5. Back-office Service
The back-office service is a monthly service run by Cineminn Media Co.'s team for real estate photographers. It comes in three levels: Core at $800 a month, Plus at $1,200 a month, and Full at $1,500 a month. It runs month to month with no minimum term, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. The scope of work is agreed in writing before anything starts. Once a month of service has been delivered, that month is not refundable.
6. Call Recording & Media Consent
Some sessions, including 1-on-1 strategy calls, may be recorded so we can improve them and occasionally share teaching clips publicly.
We will always ask your explicit permission before using any clip that identifies you in public marketing. You may decline on the call or by emailing us at any time, and we will honor it. We do not claim a right to use your likeness without your say-so.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cineminn Media Co., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
