The honest version

You can take the photo. Getting an agent to pay for it is a different skill.

Nobody teaches the selling part. So the first price gets set by nerves, the first message sounds like every other photographer in town, and the reply never comes. The camera was never the problem. The cash register is.

The playbook is the cash-register half: what to charge, who to message, what to say when she pushes back, and what to do each weekday for thirty days.

What the $37 includes

Three things. The workbook, the call, and the plan.

The workbook is on the next screen. The call is booked from Part 8.

After you pay

What happens, in order.

  1. Pay through Stripe. The workbook is on the next screen, and a copy comes by email with the booking link, so you cannot lose either.
  2. Read Part 1 tonight. It takes about fifteen minutes and it sets your price.
  3. Fill in the prep in Part 8, then book the call from the link in it. If no time fits, reply to your purchase email and we find one.
  4. Within 24 hours of the call, your written 30-day plan lands in your inbox. Print it and put it next to Part 7.

Who wrote it

Written from the side of the table you are selling to.

I spent nine years as a real estate agent before I picked up a camera. I hired photographers, stopped hiring some of them, and kept sending listings to others. The scripts in the playbook are the messages that got a yes from me when I was the one deciding.

I still run the studio. Cineminn shoots real estate in Minneapolis, and as I write this it is the first result on Google for Minneapolis real estate photography. In a busy month it runs 65 to 85 paid shoots at $300 to $450. Those are my studio’s numbers, not a promise of yours. The playbook is the first page of the same system.

The refund, in plain words

30 days. Any reason. One email.

If the playbook is not what you hoped, for any reason, reply to your purchase email or email me within 30 days and I refund the $37 in full. No form, no call, no proof that you did the work. You keep the playbook.

Straight answers

No. It is a workbook, a PDF you fill in, plus the call and the written plan. No modules, no login, no hours of video.
No. The playbook is about landing the client, not the camera. Part 3 has the plays for a photographer with no portfolio yet. Gear conversations come after someone is paying you.
Part 8 has the prep questions and the booking link, and the purchase email has the link too. Fill in the prep first and paste your answers into the booking notes, so the thirty minutes go to your plan and not to background. If no time fits, reply to your purchase email.
Then this is probably not your product. It is for landing the first paying agents. If you are booked but buried in editing and admin, that is a different problem, and the start page sorts everything by stage.
Honest answer: that depends on you and your market. The playbook gives you the math, the scripts, the calendar and the call. Nobody can promise you a number of clients or a dollar figure, and I do not. What I can promise is the refund above.

Thirty-seven dollars. Thirty days. One call.

Read Part 1 tonight. It takes about fifteen minutes and it sets your price.
