Everything I give away, in the order to use it.

Pick your stage. Do the one thing. Come back when it’s done. No email wall on any of it, and nothing here needs a better camera.

The roadmap. Three stages, one thing each.

I sold real estate for ten years before I shot a listing for money, so this is built from what agents actually pay for, not from what photographers think matters.

Stage 1 · Pre-start

You own a camera. Nobody has paid you yet.

You don’t have a client problem. You have no list and no routine. Gear is not the gap.

Do this firstRead Start Here and Your First 10 Clients. Shoot one friend’s house this weekend, full shot list. Build a list of 25 agents. Don’t buy anything.
Stage 2 · Builder

Paid at least once. A few hundred to a few thousand a month, and it’s lumpy.

Eight listings one month, three the next, same photos. You’re not underpriced, you’re unpackaged, and your first message is getting deleted.

Do this firstBuild your three-package sheet tonight with the builder below. Send ten openers this week, one observation and one question each. Log every one.
Stage 3 · Booked

The calendar is full. The evenings are texts, invoices and galleries.

If your income stops the second you stop shooting, you own a job with a camera. The ceiling is real and you should know your number.

Do this firstRun the ceiling calculator with your real times and your real price. Write the weekly number down. Then write one decision down for the first thing you’d hand off.

Five tools. No email wall on any of them.

Built from the things my studio actually uses. Each one does one job.

Four sheets. The ones my studio sends.

One page each, as a PDF, with the why on the page. Print them, put them on your phone, send them.

The free classroom. Fifteen lessons, text, read in an evening.
